I’ve bough my last 6-8 vehicles from Motor city through the years. In 2022 I leased a brand new Wrangler. Something was seriously wrong with it when I got it and it had to be in the shop for 3 weeks.
For the inconvenience they gave me 3 free oil changes. June 19 I was going to use one of my free oil changes. I brought my Jeep in at 6:30am before work and said I would pick
It up at 3 when I was done. They also did a tire rotation and checked the brakes. I figured 8 hours was long enough but apparently it wasn’t cause it was not done when I went back at 3. They gave me loaner car for the night and I went back today (June 20th) to pick it up. The extras cost $129 which I figured they could pay for just for all my inconvenience. At first they offered me $20 off. Then they said half. So they lost my business now. So because they didn’t want to comp me $129 they lost out on my next few vehicle purchases and they lose out on thousands of dollars from me 😡
